1. If we are unable to repair your appliance, you may be eligible for a full refund.
2. If you cancel the repair service within 2 hours of scheduling the appointment, you will receive a full refund. After 2 hours you will only receive 90% of the amount.
3. If the repair technician determines that your appliance cannot be repaired, you will receive a full refund of any service fees paid.
4. If the repair is completed but replace part continues to malfunction within 60 days, we will replace those parts at no cost.
5. Gas charging and labour are warranted for 60 days from the repair date.
6. Other parts warranty only 60 days.
7. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the written request.
8. This refund policy does not apply to any additional services or parts purchased.
9. The above policy supersedes any other prior policies and is subject to change without prior notice.
